Intense activities: avoid extreme sports and exercises that often encourage awakening and action;

Screens: limit television, computer and game consoles. LCDs, found on most TVs, computers, and tablets, emit light. According to experts, it decreases the secretion of melatonin from the body by 20%, thus delaying sleep.
